RAGE ROOM AND AIRSOFT SHOOTING RANGE PARTICIPATION WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

1. Participant Information

This waiver applies to all individuals listed below participating in activities at the rage room facility.

Participants must be at least 8 years old to participate. Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must sign this waiver on their behalf.

2. Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand that participation in rage room and airsoft shooting activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury from broken objects, flying debris, or equipment

• Cuts, bruises, sprains, or other bodily injury

• Damage to personal property

• Exposure to loud noises or dust

I voluntarily choose to participate and accept all risks, both known and unknown, associated with these activities.

3. Safety Requirements

I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by staff. I understand that:

• Required safety equipment must be worn at all times

• Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the activity without refund

• Staff have the authority to stop participation if unsafe behavior occurs

4. Health and Fitness

I confirm that I (and any minors listed above) am physically able to participate in these activities and do not have medical conditions that would make participation unsafe.

5. Release of Liability

In consideration for being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Demolish It Point Blank, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, death, or property damage arising from participation in rage room activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Responsibility for Damages

I agree that I am responsible for any damage caused by intentional misuse of equipment or violation of safety rules.

I certify that I am 18 years of age or older, have read this waiver in full, understand its contents, and agree to be legally bound by its terms.
